I need to keep on reminding myself about my 2012 resolution.

A little amnesia..LOL..

1. Start saving money ---> On the progress.

2. Talk less, Do more (Need more EQ) ---> Improving.

3. Graduate ---> End of June.

4. Reduce fat 10kg ---> On the progress.

5. Travel ---> Booked ticket to BKK. Waiting for next ticket sales to S'pore.

6. Love BoyPhen more ---> Yeah, I always DO.

7. Find a better Job ---> God Bless Me.

Save. Malaysia. Green. Stop Lynas.

Pollution is getting serious nowadays.

But..it seems can't be stopped.

Malaysia, why are you allowed Lynas built rare earth refinery facility in Kuatan, Pahang?!

If you don't know Lynas, please ask Mr.Google.

In the process of rare earth refinery, certain radioactive elements such as Uranium and Thorium will be released.

Once the facility starts to operate, 300,000 tons of radioactive waste will be produced every year!

In the event of leakage, those radioactive elements will not only exist in solid and fluid waste, the fallout will contaminate the dust particles in the atmostsphere and become air-bound. 

Lynas' solution to the waste is to "recycle" them. 

Current technology is insolvent to diminish radioactive materials, would it be safe for the consumers to purchase contaminated products?

The experts believe that Lynas is trying to stockpile the waste in concrete storage and bury them underground.

However, there is a report that questions the safeness of the storage.

Iit will lead to the contamination of drinking water, crops, sea and animal products.

The radioactive fallout can be spreaded up to several hundred square kilometers.

When humans are exposed to radioactive materials, the most common signs are: nauseous, dizziness, peeling of the skin and drop of white blood cell count.

Severe exposure will lead to death usually within 2 days up to 2 weeks, and it is incurable.

Radioactive material can also impair genes of all living organisms, causes the birth of abnormal infants and cancers.

Somehow, Dissapointed

When you're in anxious condition, you need help.

You're not knowing what to do on the next step or how to figure out the solution.

They just stand there and watch you.

No helping hand.

No support sound.

Just look at you.

Dissapointed..

Please do give a hand to those helpless people. If no, at least support them. Is it hard for you to spit out some words?!

Ordered grilled chicken at Restaurant Eddie..but..Trust me..the food is not really nice..

Melilea Skin Care

I more focus on same brand skin care products.

And I am using these products for few years.

I just feel like they are suitable for me and i don't want to give them up.

Well..As I said on the last post, inner beauty and outer beauty are very important.

I prefer organic products. Almost all of my skin care products are from MELILEA.

Have you heard it before?

Let's start from Inner Beauty first.

My Breakfast. (EVERYDAY)

Name: Organic Nutritious Botanical Powder

It contains more than 20 types of ZERO-POLLUTION ingredients. All of these ingredients are 5 star. Remember. Not only Hotel have the STAR rating but the Organic products do have so. Please KNOW and CLEAR about what you have eaten daily. The reason why am I choosing this is:- I just so so so love vegetables and I can have more than 20 types of ingredients with a glass of organic supplement.

Drink more water la, please!

Yogurt drink.

I prefer 0% fat.LOL

I strongly recommend the Organic Soya Drink and the Progene (Anti aging and It's just so effective, but quite costly for me ='( ).

NO SIDE EFFECT.

Now, I proceed to outer beauty.

St Ella Facial Cleanser (St Ella is under MELILEA too)

Nano Science Beauty SkinCare Series from St Ella are anti-aging, hydration and whitening.

I just use the St Ella facial cleanser. This series also have the toner and skin essence. But for the toner, I still using the Melilea one. Before St Ella is introduced, I used the Melilea Herbal Cleanser.

St Ella more focuses on the Nano technology. So the price is a little bit higher than the Melilea Skin Cares. After using these two cleanser, my face become whiter and whiter. The pimples problem is reduced from 100% --> 20% or 30%.

Melilea Gentle Exfoliant

I mix this with the facial cleanser. I choose Melilea Exfoliant because it can remove the dead surface skin cells gentlly and the most important is the fine and rounded particles will NOT damage our skin cells.

I recommend the guy should use it daily. I use it once per 2 days.

Melilea pH Balance Toner

Alcohol-free. I love this because it smells like peach =)

Use it after cleansing.

Melilea Revitalizing Cream

I usually apply it on my face after cleansing.

Melilea Oxy Intensive Cream

I apply this every night. All of the ingredients are extracted from botanical sources. =)

I love NATURAL.

Melilea Intensive Nourisher

This is super duper good!! It helps to protect our skin face for UV/ sun.

SPF 15.

I use it daily!! Apply it after the number 4 (Melilea Revitalizing Cream).

Oily jelly..haha..Usually i apply in on my lips or elbow and knee. Prevent cracked skin/ lips.

Sun Block

KK is the HOT place.

Sun protection products are very very IMPORTANT.

Run for Future

Everyone is leaving after CNY.

Am going back to KK, continuing my study over here. wtf

Before going back to reality, we're sending Sara to airport. She decided to work at BKK. Well..such a brave decision..Blessed..She is happy with her job and has a great time with her colleagues.

Suzi is gonna starting a new coming working environment. Wish her good luck and all the best <3
