He made oreo choco cheese cake for CNY.
The steps are in the words and pictures.
Prepare ingredients : browning sugar, oreo crumbs, chocolate, nestle cream, mocha powder, cocoa powder, corn flour, eggs, butter, cream cheese
Bottom of the cake: Mix oreo crumbs with the browning sugar
Melted butter
Pour the butter inside the mixture
Mix and press it
Put in the refrigerator first
Prepare cream cheese
Beat it with browning sugar
Until smooth
Mix the corn flour, mocha powder and cocoa powder
Add it inside
Add the eggs too (One by one)
Add melted chocolate
Add nestle cream
Mix and beat
Take out the oreo crumbs mixture from refrigerator and pour everything on the top
Preheat the bigger size container (With some water inside)
Put it inside the bigger one which contains the water and Bake.
Be careful. Is HOT.
